You have questions, and we have answers. Scroll through the info below to understand how we operate. If you can't find the answers to what you're looking for down below feel free to shoot us an email at info@thesocialpublicist.com
(How to reach us)
Outside of our weekly checkpoint meetings, we communicate best by email.
Not everyone uses the same apps and services, so we stick to the basics to avoid useless downloads and one-time use log-ins.
If something needs special attention or an immediate answer, feel free to give us a call.
(On and off the clock)
Even though social media is available 24/7, our team isn’t. We know how much business owners and entrepreneurs love their downtime, and so do we.
In case of a legitimate “social media emergency,” our team will reach out immediately, but we rarely have any of those around here.
We also will be out of the office during the following holidays:
New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.
To make sure your brand doesn’t skip a beat, we require content calendars to be submitted two weeks before any major holidays.

(Sometimes pictures aren’t enough)
It’s important for you to have your Facebook page already set up with an ad account and provide us with access as an ads manager.
Someone from our team will be in touch to collect all of this information before we begin to build out any ads based on your monthly budget.
We’ll be in contact on a weekly basis to report progress and any necessary changes.
(Just so we agree)
We will send you content calendars to approve by Wednesday of each week. Please include any feedback and request edits by Friday of the same week. This allows our team to tackle any adjustments before the weekend.
If no edits or feedback are sent, posts will be published as scheduled.
Content is created on a needed basis. Specific content created to address current events will be discussed in our weekly checkpoint calls. We’ll occasionally need you to send us over new images every 6-10 weeks to keep things fresh. (Most of our clients do quarterly shoots to have new content every season.*)changes.

(Because metrics matter)
We love numbers just as much as we love making things “pretty.” We'll email you a weekly snapshot of your follower growth and best performing content.
